Zillah and Carmen at the front desk provided excellent service! They were both kind and helpful. Their professionalism.

The hotel seemed noisy. My room's location wasn't ideal despite the hotel not seeming fully booked. I heard excessive noise throughout the night.

The hotel offers a good breakfast with excellent food quality. The portions are substantial, and a wide variety of options were available. The coffee shop in the lobby serves freshly brewed coffee, and is very convenient for a quick caffeine fix. Cocktails were good!

The hotel is located in a quieter part of the city, away from the busy areas. The subway station across the road provides convenient access around the city, though the parking was expensive! The location was perfect. Multiple dining options surround the hotel.

The staff is super friendly. They offer service that is on par with a much higher-priced hotel, though, follow-up from management could be improved. Housekeeping ensured rooms were kept in excellent condition . The team promptly fulfilled my request for peppermint tea.

The hotel features a resident jazz band and live music in the open bar lobby area. It made evenings enjoyable. There is also a cinema and Django club, though I would have liked to have had time to enjoy them! The hotel has a retro, vintage style.

the hotel's jazz club, django, offered an intimate setting with amazing music, it amplified the vibe. breakfast in the morning featured a delectable new york spread, i found it to be quite plentiful. the staff was helpful and friendly.

the reception staffs are courteous. they carried out a swift check-in. our bags were taken to our room and we were shown things. our bedroom had plentiful supplies.

i called for a late check out. i was told they were fully booked. their website showed over 15 rooms available, including our specific room.
